Did DJ really say "Bi-product?"

Stand out lines of the sermon: I could write/speak for many hours on the following but for sake of time I will just list them =)

1. Christ + nothing! (Nothing in the Greek is translated NO THING!)
2. I put no confidence in the flesh! (No work, not even circumcision)
3. The "Dogs" (Once outsiders, now religious crowd)
4. "Cut along" (Mutilators of the "Flesh")
5. Joy, Joy, Joy! (The Joy of the Lord is my strength)

But the line or term of the sermon was  BI-PRODUCT!!!!!!!

This weeks sermon was a condensed version of a 4-5 week trainee program.  Bi-Product! Bi-product!
Our trainee material would sum up this weeks sermon like this:
Loving God is central to all life!
Loving others flows naturally from there....
Ministry / behavior is a bi-product of relationship with God.
Celebration is central to all life of faith (JOY)
Doing follows being!

For some reason I am still unable to comment on posts - I am really enjoying every one's contributions, thank you for spurring me on to Christ!

All I want is Christ!

  1. Like the tie to the summer, especially, since summer operations, for me, tends to make phrases like "doing follows being" more of a necessity than a nicety!
